Contact us

JoyRealm is a small team, and email is the fastest — usually the only — way to reach us. We read everything ourselves; there is no call centre and no ticket system, just an inbox and a person.

Email: hello@joyrealm.xyz

We aim to reply within 2 business days. Writing in English gets the fastest reply; Indonesian is fine too.

Our office

JoyRealm operates from Surabaya, Indonesia. Email is still the fastest way to reach us, but for correspondence — or if you are in the neighbourhood — here is where we are based:

What to contact us about

A game is broken or won't load

Tell us the game's name, the page URL, your device and browser, and what happens instead of the game (blank screen, error message, stuck loading). Reports with those four details are usually fixable the same day; reports without them start with us asking for them.

You are a game developer

If your game appears on JoyRealm via the GamePix publisher program and you want it updated, corrected or removed, email us with the game title and a link to your listing on GamePix proving it is yours. Removal requests from verified developers are honoured promptly. If you would like your game featured in one of our collections, tell us why — we genuinely read these.

Copyright (DMCA)

Formal copyright requests go to the same inbox; our DMCA page lists the four things a valid request needs to include.

Privacy questions

JoyRealm has no user accounts and collects no sign-up data, but if you have any question about cookies, advertising or data described in our privacy policy, ask and we will explain or act as that policy describes.

Advertising and partnerships

For advertising on JoyRealm or partnership proposals, use the same address with "Advertising" in the subject line so it reaches the right read-through.

One thing we cannot help with: individual game accounts, saves or purchases inside third-party games belong to those games' developers — but if you are not sure who to ask, email us anyway and we will point you the right way.
